No DR BDR elaection and sends hello as a multicast. It will modify the next-hop-self advertisement.
Point-to-Multipoint-Non-Broadcast (NBMA)
No DR BDR elaection and sends hello as a unicast. Static neighbor statement required to establish neighbor-ship.

Advertises network as a stub host. uses /32 host route
